Michael Bechaud spent 25 years as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, during which time he was charged with investigating violations of the laws of the United States, and eventually specializing in foreign counterintelligence and counter terrorism investigations. Mr. Bechaud was assigned to the New Orleans, Washington, D.C. and Houston Field Offices. Also during his tenure, he was a member of the FBI SWAT Team, as an Assaulter, and as a Tactical Operations Center Operator.
Mr. Bechaud was formerly employed by Marathon Oil, and was in charge of upstream corporate security and asset protection for North America. He managed and participated in conducting threat and security vulnerability assessments of all critical facilities. Mr. Bechaud received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Houston. He is licensed as a Private Investigator, Commissioned Security Officer and Personal Protection Officer by the State of Texas Private Security Bureau.
